Electromagnetic Induction

Electromagnetics (EM) can be used for many different types of investigations.  The primary use of EM is in more geological and environmental applications. Focusing primarily on shallow soil mapping, soil salinity and groundwater investigations. It is an ideal agriculture tool for helping assess soil conditions.  Our EM systems are also useful in identifying other subsurface anomalies including Underground Storage Tanks, buried debris and contrasts between soils. While not as precise as GPR, our EM systems can be used to cover larger areas in a shorter amount of time to gather more generalized conditions of a larger site. It can assist in measuring and mapping soil salinity to effectively focus efforts in managing salinity issues.
